I build distinctive brand systems and integrated campaigns.
From new ventures to established brands ready for what’s next, I turn brand strategy into compelling identities and campaigns built to work in the real world.
My approach is one of dichotomies. I’m equally comfortable defining the big picture as I am getting into the minutiae of a project. My work is built on a foundation of strategy, but I’m not afraid to break the rules. I’m as comfortable getting messy as I am cleaning things up. I believe the best brands build trust, simplify choices, and have plenty of personality.
Originally from San Francisco, I now call Portland, Oregon home. When I’m not designing, I’m usually making something with my hands, running a questionable number of miles, or finding an excuse to get outside—backpacking, sailing, and generally scooting around the Pacific Northwest.

Forever Flowers
Never not making. My studio practice centers on paper botanical sculptures—an exercise in seeing just how far I can push that humble material. Each piece is hand-dyed and hand-cut, with many of the patterns created from flowers grown in my own garden.
I’m fascinated by the minutiae that make a flower feel like that flower: the wonky curve of a petal, the browning where a bug has bitten, the wee architecture hiding inside each bloom. I try to capture those details without making things feel too perfect, because perfect is boring.
The process is slow, tactile, and wonderfully analog. Creating each flower is part botanical study, part meditation, and 100% fun.
