  • Approaching its 120th anniversary, Thermos faced a pivotal challenge: honoring a storied legacy while maintaining relevance for a modern audience. The objective was to reposition Thermos from a heritage icon to an everyday essential, bridging a history of innovation with the functional needs of contemporary families.

  • The campaign platform—Care. It’s What We Do.—was developed to articulate the brand’s enduring purpose. Creative execution balanced technical product performance with human-centered stories. The system extended across multiple channels, including an ambassador program that transformed the brand narrative from product-focused to purpose-driven.

  • The campaign successfully re-introduced Thermos as an essential, modern companion. By anchoring innovation in a clear emotional purpose, the platform cultivated relevance with a new generation of consumers while reinforcing the long-standing trust established over the last century.
