  • Hog Island built a loyal following through quality, sustainability, and a deep connection to Tomales Bay. As the business expanded from oyster farms to restaurants and retail, the challenge was to evolve the brand into a cohesive system that could scale across touchpoints while preserving its laid-back West Marin roots.

  • A flexible identity system was developed to prioritize clarity and utility. Bold typography, a nautical color palette, and coastal-inspired illustrations created a visual language that felt modern yet unmistakably Hog Island. The system extend across packaging, digital, and physical environments, ensuring a consistent brand experience from retail shelves to the shuck bar.

  • The refreshed system brought cohesion across an expanding brand landscape, strengthening recognition and deepening customer engagement. With a scalable foundation in place, Hog Island continues to grow its retail presence while maintaining a unified, premium experience across all channels.
